Bear Copper Electric

Super impressed with Josh's professional installation from Bear Copper Electric. I originally contacted 3 local electricians from the SMUD contractor network. One never replied. One sent an email and never replied. One was responsive on txt messages but never really committed to come give an estimate. Out of a bit of frustration I contacted Bear Copper and Josh was immediately responsive, helpful, and very clear on rough estimate and timeline. Josh called at the end of the original appointment time and apologized his crew was running behind and he scheduled a time later in the day to personally take care of our install. He was prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job with the install (he wound up having to move some of our breakers and even relabelled them for us). We are super happy with our new EV level 2 charger install. Thanks Josh!
