GO TO A REPUTABLE SOLAR COMPANY AND STAY AWAY FROM VUE...VUE JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND ONCE THE SOLAR IS INSTALLED THEY DONT KNOW YOU.... Stay away from this company.My solar was not working properly and I tried my best to contact them by phone, e-mail and visited the office personally. They don't care about the customers once the system is sold since I am not leasing from them. Shauna will only be helpful until you done signing the contract since she is not part of service department.But there should be a courtesy to recommend the solution or to escalate the problem to the right department in her company. I contacted enphase and they recommended me a different Solar provider in central valley.This company took care of my Solar for free since they were under warranty from Enphase. Enphase also acknowledged the poor attitude of VUE towards customers.

My experience was very bad, never will recommend this company, all they want is your business and after installation, no one cares to call or check up to see how is your system works, or if you have any questions, office manager is very rude, have bad attitude. Very very disappointed that I gave them my business, fine different company don’t have them any business.
