Company has never returned any of my calls or text. I was just trying to get an estimate. Not returning calls or text tells me a lot about this business. Not reliable.

If you want true knowledge and perfect precision then hire this company IMMEDIATELY. It started from the beginning when the home warranty company connected us with this local buiness. The lady who helped schedule my appointment AND the gentleman who came to do the service were absolute pros and knew EXACTLY what the problem could be and was before even starting to do any work. The immediate diagnosis of the problem and knowledge of what could be happening where was impressive. Within 15 minutes the problem was found and everything was fixed within 30 minutes. He then also assessed two other electrical problems that were not related and had both of those taken care of in about 20 minutes as well. This entire fix took less than one hour and was truly the best experience it could have been. Kudos to both the person who helped schedule my appointment and the electrician for pure professionalism and customer service. I believe their names are Mark and Simone. I WILL be using this company again should other electrical problems arise in the future. Thank you guys for being true pros!

Mark responded out to my house for an electrical issue. He narrowed down the issue and corrected the problem. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will without a doubt refer this company to family and friends without hesitation! Tom
