I had a very bad experience with this company and want to warn others. I have filed complaints with the CSLB and the BBB and am currently in contact with the CSLB Fresno Investigative Center. After the technician’s visit, my electrical panel was left in a condition that appears unsafe and not code-compliant, with two conductors landed on a single breaker terminal. This created a dangerous situation and resulted in loss of power to much of my home, and I am concerned for the safety of my family. A technician came out to look at an electrical issue and accessed my breaker panel. He told me everything was fixed and that I just needed to swap in a replacement breaker when it arrived in the mail. However, within about five minutes of him leaving, most of my house lost power and stopped working. This was not the condition before he touched anything. Immediately after his visit, outlets and appliances stopped working, my refrigerator lost power and food spoiled, and I was left with a much bigger problem than I started with. And this is a home with children in it and he knows that. I tried calling and texting him repeatedly with no response for over 30 minutes. He eventually said he would come back to fix it, but then refused to return because my neighbor had called him separately to complain. I did not ask my neighbor to do this and had nothing to do with that call, yet I was still denied follow-up service. Whether this was incompetence or negligence, the result was real damage to my home and property and then a refusal to correct it. I would strongly advise anyone to be extremely cautious before letting this company work on your electrical system.

The electrical crew accomplished exactly what I needed. Very professional and personable to my needs. And they stayed in my budget for the project. I will hire them for any future electrical work that I need.

Had an EV charger installed. Jamie called to discuus the job and provided great information. Gil came out and was professional, cordial and expedient. He showed me the work when completed and was on his way. I will definitely use them again!!! Thank you, Celco
