From the very beginning I was so grateful that I found John Allen Construction. John impressed me with his honesty, accuracy, and commitment to staying on budget and on time. I essentially gutted my cabin and added square footage — and from the foremen to the subs, the experience was outstanding. John and his team truly listened, offered thoughtful suggestions, and worked hand in hand with me to bring my vision to life. Their service was consistently excellent throughout the entire process. The job site was always clean, secure, and well-managed, and their subcontractors are skilled and affordable. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

We had the pleasure of working with John Allen on our home remodel, and we couldn't be more impressed! His construction company doesn't put up by law signs 72 hours before construction letting residents know on the street that construction will take place! It is disrespectful to the residents and this construction refuses to abide by the California construction laws! This means the owner can be responsible for the actions of this John Allen construction company not abiding by the laws! Many times I have viewed the construction site is not secured after everyone leaves and if anyone goes on the site including a child and gets hurt you know that they will sue the owner of the property! This is the slowest construction company I have ever witnessed and everyone knows time is money! Just the holding costs alone for slowest construction can go from thousands to millions depending on the building and length of time of the build. I don't recommend John Allen construction company!
