My hardscape back yard project turned out perfectly. And I attribute that Jorge and JC Concrete. I did my usual due diligence by interviewing three contractors and getting bids. All three had done work in the development, so why did I choose JC Concrete? What I appreciated most what that Jorge listened to what I wanted in the finished project. That being said, he also provided his professional opinion on certain things. While I could have insisted, I trusted Jorge’s judgement since he deals with projects such as these regularly and deferred to his expertise. I had a good feeling the project was going to turn out well based on the extensive prep he and his team did with excavating, building up of the layers, and ensuring that the grading away from the house was being maintained. This ensured a solid foundation before the first paver was even laid. Additionally, Jorge and team were very careful to not cause any damage to the property. For instance, he laid down plywood on the driveway to protect the surface from the mini track loader. On top of the workmanship I just noted, JC Concrete’s bid was very competitive. Taking all of this into account, I received the best value for the money spent on this project.
