We worked with Whitlow Concrete Inc. on extending approach to our driveway. Dillon, the head of the Whitlow Concrete Inc., was very helpful, honest and straightforward advising us on the city regulations and the ways to apply for the city variance permit. He gave as a very detailed, reasonable and clear estimate on the work. The work was done promptly and nicely; the site was cleaned thoroughly when the work was completed. Whitlow was fantastic. We had a few unique concrete forms, a few walls and driveway repair as well as a sidewalk slab. Dillon was great, came out multiple times as our scope changed and was really patient with us. The form build days and pour day went flawless and it turned out exactly as we hoped. Whitlow Concrete exceeded our expectations! We wanted to pave our side yard and widen our driveway to fit a second car. We liked our landscaping and wanted it to be moved over. We got in touch with Dillon and explained. He understood, asked some questions, made some recommendations, and came back to us with a detailed quote. We were surprised with the price, it was reasonable and under what we expected to pay. He sent over a contract which included the estimated time to complete the work. 10-12 working days. Eric was assigned as our project manager for the project, and Jaime was the lead foreman. They were phenomenal as was the entire crew that did the work. They cleaned up at the end of every day, and made sure we had a safe way to enter/exit our home. They were friendly and kept us in the loop the whole time. During their work, we decided that we wanted to replace the front yard fence, and after letting them know, they completely replaced the fence the next day. They did all the work with the city to get the necessary approvals for the curb work, as well as handled all the work with the utility companies to make sure their work didn't damage anything underground. The result is great, and we love how it turned out. It's better than what we wanted, and they managed to do it all within the original quoted time AND at the original quoted price (excluding the change order for the fence replacement).
