My wife and I worked with Kieran and the Broad Oaks team on a downstairs remodel that included our kitchen, family room, laundry, and powder bathroom. I recommend Kieran and his team without exception and they will be our go to team for any future projects. Kieran is an outstanding communicator and his team does top quality work that they stand behind. Here are a few highlight areas: Budget -- The initial quote from Kieran came in higher than we had anticipated, but he worked with us on where we could cut some scope and then he kept the project closely aligned to that budget. When work changes invariably came up, he reviewed the impact on costs with us before proceeding and helped us with alternative considerations to reduce costs where possible. Schedule -- My wife and I were expecting our first baby at the end of May so we had a strong incentive to get the project done on time. These remodeling projects often run into delays and challenges that push dates back, but Kieran somehow managed to get the project done just as our son was born. He kept us informed along the way on expectations so we were able to make plans accordingly and have backups in place just in case the project didn't finish on time. He also didn't over promise on any specifics, often giving us a run down of what needed to get done, which subcontractors would be coming in over the week, and where things might get delayed. Kieran even helped us move furniture back in place to help us get settled in quickly after having the baby, offering multiple times to do anything to help. Work quality -- Kieran's team did an awesome job creating a beautiful space for us and the workmanship was top notch. We found very few issues and any minor things we spotted were immediately addressed. Kieran actually pushed us to really check through things and use the new space so we could let him know of anything that his team could help address. Kieran has a trusted group of subs who do excellent work and are all highly professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Kieran and his entire team, from their quality of work to their genuine friendliness and top notch communication. Highly recommend!

Kieran and his team worked on several exterior projects on our house, including installing new cable railings and supports for our deck, replacing a small entryway deck and designing/building an outdoor shower. This was our first major contracting project as new homeowners - Kieran was fantastic to work with. Besides great communication, a solid team, and top-notch problem solving skills, it felt like Kieran internalized the projects as if he was working on his own house. He also took our feedback well whenever we had an idea or change that we wanted to make. On top of all of that, he has a high bar for quality and wants to get the job done right. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Kieran on a full powder room remodel, which included a shower. Kieran worked closely with us and our designer to ensure the bathroom was completed as envisioned. There were lots of complicating aspects: a hanging marble sink, a hanging toilet with an in-wall tank, a custom window, Venetian plaster, and 3 different kinds of tiles. Kieran’s attention to detail, professional communication, high quality of subcontractors, and project management sets him apart from other contractors that we had previously worked with. We felt that he treated this project as if it was a remodel for his own home. Kieran is genuine, has high integrity, and is true to his word. We are much more likely to embark on other remodeling and an ADU because of Kieran. Working with him gives us confidence that our project will be completed to spec, and that we will have a pleasant experience with him, his staff, and his subcontractors. The only downside to recommending Kieran is that he’ll be more likely to be busy the next time we need to work with him :) We have absolutely zero reservations in recommending Kieran. And we are picky clients that have very high standards on construction quality, project management, and communication. Kieran is perfect and we are so lucky we were introduced to him.
