Symbian Construction

My wife and I finally decided to do a total remodel of our 1920’s era home main bathroom and selected Symbian Construction to perform our project. Owner Marc Bandy was great to work with and overall, working with Symbian Construction was a very positive experience. We are delighted with our new bathroom which perfectly reflects what we had envisioned. Symbian Construction functioned as the general contractor on the project and self-performed much of the remodel work. Symbian Construction was also responsible for and properly managed plumbing, electrical and tile sub-contractors seamlessly. Symbian’s Marc Bandy along with all the workers involved with our project were very courteous and attentive to our input and needs. Since this project involved the main bathroom in our home, one of the primary objectives on our project was to complete the remodel project start-to-finish in the shortest reasonable amount of time. To achieve this important goal, our bathroom layout was pre-planned, designed, and permitted in advance. We also purchased all the bathroom fixtures, wall tile, floor tile, and bathroom accessories in advance. This pre-planning and purchasing effort offered Symbian Construction the opportunity to complete the project without interruption in as little as 11 weeks. Symbian Construction worked hard on our behalf to complete our project in a timely fashion. We highly recommend Symbian Construction and would use them again on any of our future remodel projects.

Marc and his crew did a great job putting up our exterior accent wall. We got 4 estimates from 4 different contractors and Marc was the only one who really took the time to understand what we needed. He also guided us through what we needed to purchase. The contract was clear and the estimate was fairly priced. They were also on time. The work was really clean and our neighbors tell us all the time on how beautiful our wood work is.

Thank you for the easiest possible experience remodeling my bathroom. This very professional contractors - David and Mark - worked hard to stay within my budget, were open and honest about my options, and I never felt pressured to choose or commit to anything for my project. I really appreciated this. David and Mark are very experienced in their job, so they made my life easier by helping me. David and Mark understood myself very quickly, of what my style was, and what I was looking for, which was impressive. The installers came and did an efficient, high quality, beautiful job with the installation and plumbing. This was the best experience working with Symbian Construction! They are the only ones that could make your dreams come true! They took care of everything from the beginning to the end. I’m so impressed with their team work as well as their work plan. Respect to the Symbian Construction!!!! They made my dream house look fabulous just like I wanted! 🥳🥰🙂‍↔️ I was very impressed with this experience. I would suggest Symbian Construction to everybody.
