I needed my upstairs open loft converted to a bedroom for our 3rd child. I really loved my floor plan with open loft and was worried adding a wall wouldn’t match with the rest of the house, but the baby needed her own room. I had a few contractors come to give estimates and when David showed up he had professional laser measurements devices and a computer program to lay out the project with precision, I knew Rose Hill was the real deal. He was able to take my poor explanation of what I had envisioned and draw it out perfectly, was knowledgeable on all building codes and what needed to be done, had a detailed contract and work scope which made me feel comfortable letting somebody tear into my house knowing the project would be completed correctly and with attention to detail. Rose hill delivered on all of those expectations, David and Gabriel are true professionals at their craft and made this new room look like it was part of the house from the beginning, all while being extremely clean and professional during the construction process. David uses a detailed work order program that allows the client to stay up to date with what has been completed daily and what is scheduled to happen in the future and allowed for easy communication. David and Gabriel were great to have around and very easy to get along and talk with it that we have missed not having them around since the project has been completed. I would recommend Rose Hill to anybody in need of a contractor and they are the only ones I will use for any future projects.
