I recently hired Bickford Construction to build our deck. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. The structural integrity and attention to detail are top tier and the project was on time and on budget. Colton and his team were a delight to work with. The crew arrived on time every morning and maintained a very clean job site. Communication was proactive, I was kept in the loop on timelines throughout the entire process. Bickford Construction delivers high-quality work and are so easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

My husband Art and I had an awesome experience working with Bickford Construction on several remodel projects at our 100+ year old farmhouse. Colton, Miguel, and company were always on task, kept us informed and updated daily, and were up front, honest, and focused on great customer service. The work was completed as promised and on time, and the quality and craftsmanship are outstanding. We'd recommend them without hesitation!

My husband and I worked with Bickford Construction on a kitchen remodel project! It included a complete overhaul of the kitchen layout, removal of a wall, replacement of our flooring, resurfacing of our fireplace, and retexturing the walls in all the common areas. We first contacted Colton in January, and he and his project manager, Miguel, came over to our house to talk through all the remodel ideas we are hoping to do over the next several years. We knew we wanted to start with the kitchen first, but we are interested in remodeling our bathrooms and redoing the outside of our house. They spent at least an hour with us listening to our ideas/concerns and giving us guidance and general cost estimates for each project. Fast forward to March/April, we had worked with a kitchen designer to draw up our kitchen remodel plans for city permits, we met with all the subcontractors who came over to review the job for their quotes, and then we signed a contract with Bickford Construction to complete the work. It was great meeting all the subcontractors ahead of time, as they asked good questions that ended up being documented in our contract. Colton was super helpful with the questions we had about the contract and we felt comfortable signing it. We officially started the project on April 22nd. It was demo day and we came home to a gutted kitchen and the removal of one of our walls. Colton and team did a great job communicating the work expected each week, and they kept us on track to order the materials we were responsible for. Seeing progress almost every week was super helpful to keep our spirits up while we lived out of our bedroom and garage. Another great part about working with Colton was the communication access we had with him. We texted and talked on the phone almost every day. We could voice any concerns or questions and get fast feedback and solutions on things. As with any project we had a couple of unexpected obstacles, but Colton was quick to acknowledge these things and proposed solutions that we were happy with and that were implemented quickly. As mentioned earlier, we have a handful of house projects we want to do over the next few years, and we will be working with Bickford Construction again!
