A few years ago, we contracted Woodbridge Construction, and spoke to Mr. Mireles and we informed him about our small rental that needed help. I asked him to review the apartment and come up with ideas. Mr. Mireles gave us what he thought and started shortly fter he started work, we agreed on his plan and the quote which we accepted. Mr. Mireles and crew did wonders to our apartment which turned out just beautiful. Mr. Mireles and crew removed 90% of the interior and he redesigned the kitchen and the rest of the apartment. The result were beyond or imagination. We will recommend Mr. Mireles to anyone looking to remodel. Sincerely.

I have a home in Daly City, California which needed major remodeling and wanted to add a new mater bedroom and mater bathroom addition. I interviewed architects and i was pleased to fine a competent gentleman. After many months with the County of San Mateo building department a permit was issued. By chance our Architect recommended that I talk to his associate Woodbridge Construction and that i should meet with woodbridge, I called and arranged a meeting with Mr. Mireles, he showed up with his foreman, two journeyman carpenters, plumber and an electrician. We looked over the plans and discussed the scope of work, he gave me a quote, but stateed it would be impossible to provide a firm price on major dry rot, moisture in the exterior stucco, water damage arorund the windows, floor damage in the bathroom, water stains in the ceilings and termite infestation, but that we could be handled through change orders when we open the damaged areas, i agreed. While repairing the dry rot throught out, the inspector put a stop order and stated that the work is beyond repairs and that a structural engineer would now be required. Mr. Mireles called back his associate architect/engineer to provide plans and Mr. Mireles handled all the permittiing with the county building department at no charge, which took months. Mr. Mireles accompanied me to select all the interior plumbing fixtures, tile, lights, wall colors. Overall, the project went as well as could be expected, Mr. Mireles got along with all the building officials, but at the final building review the inspector stated that I was fortunate that we had hired Woodbridge Construction. About two years later Mr. Mireles emailed me and stated that his crew enjoyed working with me, and on that same email Mr. Mireles offered to give me a week of work and offered a few of his carpenters for whatever I may neeed, I thanked for his offer, but a feew months later I took him on his offer, I reimbursed him for the material and he provided me a few of his key carpenters to complete some exterior garden work and build two storage structures.

We live in Burlingame and added a 500 sq. foot sunroom addition to our house. The project started with a contractor and things quite rapidly went south. After six months we were able to cancel the contract and based on the recommendation of a friend, we contact Roland Mireles- Woodbridge Construction. Roland came to the site several times, reviewed the existing work and said he could correct the mistakes/poor workmanship and go forward with the needed construction. The crew arrived and all were most friendly with us and knowledgeable about what had to be done. Their work was precise. Due to various unforeseen circunstances, many changes had to be made to the project. All were handled efficiently! Many trips to the city were made to get guidance/plan change approval. This was done with the utmost courtesies by Roland. Every night they cleaned up the construction area-sweeping and arranged equipment into an orderly pile. We are handicapped. The crew went out of their way to make sure we had safe acces through the construction area to the back yard. Work was ongoing until the project was completed. Most important, we are very pleased with the final product. We highly recommend Roland and his crew, for your project.
