Timeless Epoxy Systems

Andrey, the owner of Timeless Epoxy (a proud family owned and operated business) was fantastic to work with. He and his co-worker (Slava) were very punctual and professional and personable. They did a great job grinding the garage cement floor in preparation for the epoxy. After adding the epoxy, chips and clear coat, the garage floor looked so clean and cool. In 2024, I opened my first business using my life savings. I hired Timeless Epoxy Systems after Andrey came out, looked at the space, and told me the floors could be done. At first, the floors looked great, but not long after they started bubbling and lifting. When I reached out, Andrey said he wasn’t sure what caused it and blamed the old building, saying he would contact the epoxy manufacturer. They redid only one side, which left the floors mismatched, but at the time I was just thankful something was done and tried to move forward. About three months later, the other side started bubbling really badly. By then, we were already open, with furniture in and business running. Even though they advertise a 5-year warranty, Andrey made it clear he didn’t want to pay for the labor to fix made it seem like if we wanted it redone, we would have to help. Not only that but pay for material! We were out of money and just trying to save our business, so my wife and I ended up scraping the epoxy off ourselves. It took us two full days, by hand, without the proper tools. While we were removing it, I noticed that the areas lifting and bubbling had extremely thick epoxy. When I mentioned this to Andrey, he said, “I know what it is now.” We gave them another week to redo the floors, which meant closing our shop again. When we came back, the work was really sloppy. The floors didn’t match the other side, the baseboards weren’t removed, there were random blobs of epoxy everywhere, and the colors weren’t what I originally asked for. You can clearly see this in the photos. I’ve lived with these floors for over a year and a half, and I honestly hate them. Every time I mop, all the imperfections stand out. To make it worse, the other side is bubbling again. Now I have no choice but to redo the entire floor, which means closing my business again There are a lot of epoxy companies in Sacramento that do better work and actually stand by their warranties. I really wish I had gone with one of them.

Andrey did a terrific job painting our new garage as well as doing an epoxy floor. We were on an extremely tight schedule to get the work done before our move-in date. Andre made it happen and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
