CastleLite Block - Dixon

Since Castlelite has become one of our favored suppliers for CMU (block) I have found Misty and the staff to be very helpful! I manage all of the accounting and admin, so it has been a pleasure to work with them when I need releases, info for AP, and any admin task. I highly recommend them and their products!

Great customer service. Any time I call, I can reach anyone I need to reach. They run a tight ship and are always there to help us out of a jam. Misty and Jessica are fun and easy to work with.

Atrocious customer service. Terrible business practices. Sell you bricks, tell you to pick up at certain times, they take literal hours to partially load you and tell you to come back for the rest of your order, come back for the rest of your order and they tell you you're not within your pickup window and therefore have to forfeit back to them your items and they resell the next week. Honestly better business bureau should audit this place. Office lady does everything in her power to make your pickup even more difficult.
