We rarely write negative reviews and typically address concerns directly with ownership. I gave this considerable thought before posting, but also felt it was important for future clients. We ordered 3+ trucks, which by industry standards indicates a continuous supply as needed. The pour ultimately required 68 yards, rather than the initially anticipated 36. For an order of this nature, a plant can typically accommodate additional volume when adequate trucks are in circulation. Unfortunately, it was not disclosed that the company was operating with only one truck. When asked about the next truck, we were told it was “on its way,” without clarifying the limitation. Follow-up with the owner did not provide clarity or resolution. As a result, what should have been a continuous pour became a 12-hour pour. We recognize that the team worked hard to deliver the material under challenging circumstances. However, we were disappointed with the delivery coordination and the lack of follow-up communication. Our hope in sharing this is to highlight the importance of clear communication so similar issues can be avoided in the future.

I use these guys anytime I can. Extra Driver even took a few wheel barrels in the backyard with my crew. Never had service like that before!

Brother's took care of us last minute! We (4 man crew) were left hanging the morning of our concrete pour by Farrow concrete company. Brothers was there with in an hour and mixed what we needed on site. They were very helpful and professional! Price was good too! I will 100% use them again on my concrete projects.
