Friends of ours had similar concrete and paving work done and strongly recommended S.L Foundation Repair & Concrete Contractor. Bennett and the crew removed our old asphalt driveway and worn concrete walkways, then replaced them with attractive pavers and also created new planting bed space. They added a backyard patio with a center drain connected to piping that carries water to a covered drainage area, which was a smart and practical detail for water control. They also upgraded a couple of concrete steps with bullnose stone caps, and the finished look is a big improvement. The pavers came out beautiful, with the right color and a clean, simple design that fits the house well. Bennett stayed involved throughout the project, paid close attention to the progress, and helped fine-tune the small layout and design details along the way. The crew was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. We were especially pleased with the side yard concrete work. They removed broken concrete in an area that had badly settled and was allowing water to collect near the house. In its place, they poured a smooth, solid, properly sloped concrete slab that looks great and improves drainage. That smooth finish has made a real difference because we keep our trash, compost, and recycling bins there, and now it is much easier to roll them out. They also installed pipes beneath the slab to carry water from two downspouts away from the home, adding even more protection and improving the overall drainage plan. The whole project moved along on schedule, with the crew working steadily and keeping the jobsite organized. They were also flexible with our timing and adjusted the schedule to work around visiting family, which we really appreciated. We are extremely happy with the final result and would gladly recommend their concrete and drainage work.

We had new concrete walkways and a back patio/driveway poured at our home in Pleasant Hill. The whole space needed to be properly leveled, and we requested a custom layout that allowed for grass strips between some sections. We are extremely pleased with the concrete resurfacing recently completed by Bennett and Colby around our home here in Pleasant Hill. They worked on the concrete areas behind, beside, and in front of our house, and the results are fantastic. Our large backyard concrete area had cracks and was peeling, but now it looks as smooth and finished as an indoor floor. You can really see the quality of their workmanship all around the outside of our home.
