He was highly communicative, detailed, and incredibly organized. I especially appreciated how respectful he was of my home—always treating it like a lived-in space, not just a job site. Who can honestly say they love their contractor after the remodel is actually done? I can honestly say that after my experience with ICON Construction!! From start to finish we were never left out of the loop or had any kind of surprises. Chris came to mine and my husbands home and gave us a free estimate on our kitchen remodel. He went over cost on certain things so we knew if it was worth adding now or later as well as helped us with design options to perfect the "industrial farmhouse" look we were going for. Once the project started I dealt with Mike who was the project manager. My husband and I both worked during the day so we left a key under the mat so they could work while we were at work. Mike called me when he and the crew got to the house, gave me an overview, and then called when they left to tell me exactly what was done. He did this every single day. If we had any questions at all Mike was available 24/7. He made it so easy for us where we didn't have to worry about a thing. We even custom ordered these handles that were the wrong size but Mike and Chris were able to go out and find the exact ones in the correct size and made it so easy and stress-free for us! Also, we had dogs we were concerned about and they again took that stress off of us and made sure to let us know the days they needed access to the backyard a day ahead of time so we could have them inside the house. I can't say enough good things about ICON Construction and am already counting down the days until they can come back and we can remodel another room! This crew is totally talented, respectful, and works fast and efficient. They are true craftsmen and so talented!!!! The 3 weeks they were in my home without my husband and I there, there was nothing left out of place, nothing went missing, and at no point did we feel like we couldn't trust anyone in our house. This crew made us feel at ease and left the door locked and key hid every day. Can't wait to use them again!!!
