Review updated 3/31/26. I initially gave a 5 star rating two months ago, but had not yet received any services. At the time, I did get some great info from Juan, received what I thought was a reasonable quote of $125 to clean two roughly 12x10 bedrooms. I would also remark that he was very responsive, and was available at short notice. I scheduled a service about a month later, on Feb 12th. It took about 30 minutes in total, which seemed amazingly fast. This was my first experience with professional carpet cleaning. Immediately after the service, I expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the work; specifically, there was still a lot of detergent left behind. Juan insisted this was fine, and would get better when dry. I allowed the carpets to dry for 24 hours and was disappointed to find that the carpets had a tacky texture even after drying and vacuuming. At my repeated insistence, Juan came out again on Feb 13th and did another cleaning, it took about 25 minutes. I felt the carpets after and was still not happy about the quality of work because I still felt residue on the carpets. He insisted again that it would be fine when dry. I gave him another benefit of the doubt. On Feb 14th, I let the carpets dry and still felt a sticky/tacky texture on the carpets. I texted Juan, letting him know of the condition of the carpets, but already accepted that he likely would not do anything else. Juan did not respond. How did I test the dry carpets for residue? I wetted my hands and then rubbed them into the carpet for 2-3 seconds. Immediately I felt a thick slimy coat form, that required several seconds of rinsing under running water to wash off. On Feb 15th, I rented a carpet cleaner from ACE, and ran it with PLAIN water, and pulled a HUGE amount of detergent from the carpets. It took 15-20 passes with the carpet cleaner to get the majority of the detergent out using plain water. This was a shocking amount. This verified that my initial observation was correct. There was a LOT of detergent left behind in the carpets. I texted Juan to let him know, and of course received no response. I recall that on Feb 12th, Juan mentioned that his truck and vacuum machine had just come out of the repair shop. I noticed that the crew used a water hose to connect to a spigot outside my home. On the 13th he did not need to connect his machine to a spigot. I asked him about this, and he did admit that the truck's water reservoir was low on the 12th, so he had to use water from an external source that day. Beyond impressed with Juan's work! We are not from the area and reach out to his company because our downstairs needed a deep deep clean. Juan was able to provide me a quote and schedule me quickly all in the same day I reached out. He was responsive and friendly. Appreciate the work. Our carpet has never looked cleaner!!

*Edit* its been a LONG time but Juan was so understanding and flexible! We used his services again. Our carpets look great!!!! He is extremely friendly! & He did a AMAZING job!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
