Purefection Clean

Communication is the biggest issue I’d have with ever recommending this company. I had everything set for my appointment, and after waiting 45 minutes for them to show up, I called the number available. When I finally spoke to the owner, she said, “I wish you would have called me sooner,” which made me feel like I was getting reprimanded for something that had gone wrong with her business. Has she not implemented a system for her staff to check in when they get to an assignment? She then asked if I would be able to have the house cleaned the next day instead for a 10% discount. I said yes because we needed to have our house cleaned that week to take photos to put it up for sale. What frustrated me was that I set up my whole day for the cleaning - my husband took the day off work to help me entertain our toddler all day, and our dog was at doggy daycare. I now had to pay for an extra day of doggy daycare, which would have been fine if I received the 10% discount, but I never did. I also never got an explanation as to why the original cleaner didn’t show up at her scheduled time on the correct day. As for the actual cleaning, I wouldn’t give that a full 5 stars either (maybe 4?). She was at my house for over 8 hours, and there were still a few minor things I would’ve liked to be done better (shower, streaks left on cabinets, floors, etc.), but overall, it was good enough for the photos. The woman who cleaned my house was very kind. Needless to say, I won’t be hiring them again for cleaning the house when we actually move out in a couple months.

Wow. I'm embarrassed to admit that my house has never been so clean. I am thoroughly impressed with the job. We had the carpet removed and vinyl floors put down. I wasn't looking forward to the clean up. One phone call was all it took. Thany you Rachelle.

I’ve tried other cleaning companies but hands down to Purefection Clean! They are literally the BEST out there! The team is exceptionally thorough, detail oriented and friendly. From windows to floors to baseboards and everything in between, absolutely amazing work!! 100% recommend.
