... The Maids of C... 5/1 still haven’t heard the owner. I had to have someone come to clean what it took 3 people 4 hours each to do. A total of 12 hours and they missed so much and didn’t get a whole side of the house. They are scammers. They take your money and don’t do the work. Don’t give them your credit card! Scammers! 4/24 still no call from owner that took our money for nothing. 4/23I included the texts since she said she reviewed the text communication. They can post their texts as well. They said the owner would call me. I will report back if she does. Haven’t heard from the owner. As I said, it was 12 hours because 3 cleaners at 4 hours each is 12 hours! You asked for extra time with 3 cleaners in a new home that was just cleaned by another company the week before and had weekly cleanings. You also said you would clean the entire house and should question why 3 cleaners can’t do it. Even an old home, if someone took 12 hours by themselves could do more than you did. Run from this company as it is a scam! I will be following up because I have the texts and pictures of the home before they cleaned and it will show there was no way they would have been there for that time and not have done the whole house. Unfortunately, it’s not a mansion so anyone reading this understand that it doesn’t make sense. They charged me $792 for 3 cleaners tnat was supposed to be there for 2-2.5 hours but asked for extra time so total was there 12 hours between them but never changed the beds even though new sheets and comforter was laid out, never swept the laundry room, never cleaned a whole side of the house because they said they were told how many bedrooms and bathrooms to do even though I have texts to show it was to be the entire house for 3 cleaners. It is a relatively new house and they said it was because of the condition of the house! They thought it was my old house when they made that statement. So for almost $800 and 3 cleaners, for a house that is 2 years old, that had been cleaned by another house cleaner the week before, and weekly, they didn't clean the whole house! One person was doing it within 4 hours for a long time before but 3 cleaners, 12 hours (total between them), $792, and they didn't finish. Don't do it! They ask for your credit card up front so they can charge what they want. I will be fighting this because it is a lot of money to not get what you were promised! They didn’t clean an entire half of the house! There is a hallway with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, that they didn’t even touch! And they write untruthful comments when the review is negative.

We hired them to clean our home. They charge by the hour. We were quoted 2.5 hours of work for 3 cleaners, and the day of the clean they spent 6 hours "cleaning" (my husband and I were at work and we're unaware of the amount of time they were at our house) and charged us 1200 dollars. I do not believe that they took the full 6 hours to clean, our home was not that dirty and I can deep clean the whole house is 2-3 hours by myself. Don't fall for this same scam. ETA a response to owner: You yourself agreed that it was not explained to my husband clearly that it would be 6 hours thus costing 1200 dollars. And it is deceptive to say that the cleaners were not alone in the home, they most definitely were alone since my husband and myself were both ar work during the service. And yes I did sign a paper because I had no choice. I told your cleaners that I wasn't aware what was supposed to be done so I couldn't adequately say if it was done or not but once again my husband was told no one needed to be present the day of the cleaning and I was blindsided when I returned home from work. Never did I say it wasn't clean, I stand by the fact that it is not worth 1200 dollars and the scope of the job was not adequately explained. If you have recordings of these phone calls I would like to hear them. I can provide video evidence that they were in fact there alone.
