We had a great experience! I’ve been wanting to get this done for quite some time, but wasn’t sure where to find a reliable (and reasonably priced) company. I came across Prime Property Care on Instagram and decided to reach out. They gave me an estimate over text, which made the whole process super easy, and we scheduled a service date. The team arrived in the morning, right on time, and did an amazing job cleaning our solar panels and exterior windows. They showed us before-and-after videos of the solar panels - what a difference! Everything looks so clean! They were friendly, professional and efficient. The price was very reasonable, and we are happy with the results. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service!

Mario was my service guy and he was awesome from start to finish. He took before and after pictures and it was a huge difference once he was done with my solar panels. I recommend Prime properties to anyone who wants their solar panels cleaned and they also have other services they offer.

I reached out to Prime Property Care to clean my solar panels after seeing a few of their ads on social media. They responded quickly and had numerous times slots available to work on my house. They do a great job of communicating prior to and on the day of the job. Two things I enjoyed about Prime Property Care - they didn't need to physically come out to my house to look at how many panels I have. They just look it up on one of the map programs that has an aerial view and gave me a very reasonable, for the work needed, quote. The other thing I appreciated the most - they don't try to upsell or tell you there are other issues that will cost more money. The employee showed up early, got to work and completed the process quickly. He showed me the before and after pictures of the panels and hopefully the now spotless panels will improve my solar capture numbers. Thank you very much for the professional service and excellent employee interactions! That's not the norm anymore and I do appreciate it.
