They have good good customer service , and somebody that’s willing to negotiate with you For long-term price establishment . I am usually very detailed with my house and my rental property and it meets the high standards thats needed for me. :)

I recently hired Sparkling Touch Cleaners, who services the Tracy, California area to clean the house I was renting in preparation for a move out inspection. They sub-contracted the job out to Ye Old Cleaning Services, and I must say; Marilyn and her assistant did an excellent job. Not only were they professional, but they attacked the house in a systematic flow, starting from the top and working their way down as a team. Don't get me wrong, I only lived in the house for two years and did my part to ensure that the house was left in a better state than what I received it in. You could tell that Marilyn and her assistant worked well together as they bounced around each other working together to tackle certain parts of the house, but would break off to tackle other parts individually. The two of them tackled the 2k+ sqft of house in just over 5 hours, which would have been faster, but they were short one additional cleaning lady. The price paid was also reasonable for the amount of house cleaned. If you are in the Northern California area and are in need of house cleaning, I recommend giving Sparkling Touch Cleaners a call, but specifically ask for Marilyn and her crew. I have no doubt that anyone that Sparkling Touch sends out will be professional and get the job done, but I know what Ye Old Cleaners (and I'm sure the name might be off a little) can do.

I needed a cleaner on a Sunday last minute and Harry was able to send a cleaner out in time between guests, very much appreciate the help in a tight situation. I will continue to call on Harry and his team for periodic deep cleans and emergency situations.
