Molly Maid of Burlingame and South San Francisco

Claudia and Maria are absolutely wonderful! They are both incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. They work so hard, clean thoroughly, and never miss a detail. Every part of the house is left spotless. Their quiet efficiency, strength, and positive attitude are truly impressive. They are always smiling, respectful, and a pleasure to have in our home. We truly appreciate their dedication and outstanding work. Highly recommend!

My kitchen was pretty clean but I wanted the cupboard doors, fridge and stove cleaned but the lady spent so much time on sink, counter and whatever she was doing that two hours later she could not do fridge or stove unless I paid $150 extra for another hour. I immediately complained to Molly Maid who then blamed me for not telling them I wanted the fridge and stove cleaned even though we opened the fridge and the stove doors to view and discuss. Horrible service. Photo is my kitchen 2 hours before the two cleaning ladies arrived. Not worth $150 an hour. I still tipped both women and spoke to Molly Maids about either a partial credit or someone to return to do fridge and stove. Of course no resolution. I will never use them again.

I have been with Molly maid for 2 years and I am very satisfied with my team (Susana and Nery). They are very meticulous and detailed oriented. They are efficient and professional without having to mention twice how we like things in the house. Highly recommend.
