Poor Service and Poor quality….Paid $250 and left it for about 2 weeks for a wedding dress to be left with stains. :( Will not come here again. When letting the owner know, she got defensive.

I have the exact same problrms as every other review I've seen here! I'm having to deal with the hairdresser to the whoever and the ladys never there. There's nobody ever in the store at all unless I have to walk around back to see the hairdresser. It's just it almost seems like it's a front for laundering money or something I don't understand that there's other places in this town that I have found that are the same exact way it's like the place is there it opens for like 2-3 hours people go and sit in there they look like they're doing something and they're all gone and the place is locked up! Is very hard to do business in Sanger if you could do business at all

I’ve taken my clothes here 3 times and the last time which was a month ago was not a good experience. First of all it takes over 3 or 4 days to get your clothes back because it gets sent to Selma and the hours they list on websites are never accurate and when it is open there is nobody at the counter so you rely on the hairdressers next door. My last drop off was picked up by an aunt and I put away in my closet but didn’t check what was brought in, I called and told Liz I was missing two dresses and a jumpsuit and she apologized said it was the girls mistake for not giving everything to my aunt. I went today and again nobody at the counter and had to deal with the hairdresser whom was very defensive, somewhat rude and was questioning if I had paid! My husband paid over the phone over 3 weeks ago. My dresses were there over 2 weeks and she said they didn’t have a contact number to call which I find not true. Never will I go to that place again.
