Stephanie McMercury did a truly fantastic job for my listing! I am pleased with the cleanliness of the house- it was spotless. My beloved client is a single mom with two lively boys, and moving out on time ended up being more difficult than expected. Stephanie walked into a house that was supposed to be empty and it wasn't.. She showed a lot of compassion and navigated around this situation. She and her crew got to work right away, navigating around the delays and overcoming several unforeseen obstacles. In the end, she delivered exactly what was needed and more. Stephanie went above and beyond, and I don't say that lightly. I would recommend her for residential or even commercial cleans. Stephanie and Ed, from Tom and Ed’s janitorial did an excellent job. They came on the day promised, and did all the work we agreed to. Cleaned our house after we moved out, including the carpet and windows.
