They organize and clean my house to the highest standard. If they see something that needs to be done, they take the initiative and do it, and/or, let me know about additional projects that need tending.
Top to Bottom Cleaning does an excellent and thorough job in our house. From windows and skylights to floors, they really clean from top to bottom. Their employees are very pleasant and efficient. I recommend this cleaning service without reservation.
Communication is terrible. Cleaners showed up 90 minutes early, then wasted time on unassigned tasks. They took lunch in the middle of their 4 hour job and could not communicate on cleaning problems. Called the office, but they did not respond to my calls for help. Finally let them go while everything was still dirty. Waste of money.
