Molly Maid of Oakland and the Tri-Valley

The worst cleaning company — do NOT hire! If I could give a zero I would We hired Molly Maid for a “deep clean” before moving into our new home because the house was extremely dirty. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the results. Much of what we specifically requested was not done, and the level of cleaning was nowhere near what I would consider a deep clean. The blinds were still dusty, the kitchen cabinets remained filthy with the same caked-on barbecue sauce, and there were even spider webs left on the windows. I could go on and on. It honestly felt like they walked in, wiped the counters, and called it a day. Communication within the company was also very poor, which made the entire experience even more frustrating. We paid for a deep clean and did not receive the service we expected. Save your time and money and hire cleaners who will actually clean your home.

I’ve been working with Molly Maids for about 5 years, and I have been very happy with the level of attention to care and detail the ladies provide. I enjoy a streamlined routine where communication to confirm or, occasionally, change cleaning dates are made by the front office days prior to the service date.

Molly Maid was extremely efficient and made the process easy! The two ladies who helped me let me know their eta and texted me when they were 30min away which I appreciated! In and out in 2 hours! Would definitely recommend!
