I used Lotus cleaning 1st time today. I had an EXCELLENT experience. I originally reached out for an online quote. I was undecided when Rebecca from Lotus called to follow up on my quote, perfect timing, I was trying to clean an eviction move out on my own - the place was so disgusting! Grease, grime, dirt, soap-scum, etc. Lotus sent a team of cleaners, Alberto and a super sweet gal whom I don’t know how to spell her name, sorry. Anyway they did an amazing job! My place is so clean. I’m so happy! I highly recommend.

Highly recommend the Lotus deep cleaning team (Laura and Stephanie) that I just used for a move-out on a Unit in a Quadraplex! They did a super job, were very thorough, and handled a tight turnaround with no issues. I called with an urgent appointment request and they fit me in the next day (fast turnaround), which I really appreciated. The place looks spotless and ready for my digital staging and showing. They arrived before the estimated arrival time and asked questions after I gave them my focus list, and the place really does look fantastic. If anyone needs reliable cleaners for a move-out or deep clean, you should give them a call now. I will use them on all clean-outs moving forward.

I hired lotus to clean my apartment after I moved out. I inspected their work and it was excellent. I was actually thanked by my landlord for leaving the unit on such great condition. I fully believe that Lotus Cleaning Services contributed heavily to me receiving my entire deposit back from the landlord. I would use them again.
