The Maids San Jose/Milpitas

Cleaning day is my favorite day! The Maids always do such a great job getting our house back to order and it's so relaxing to come home after a cleaning and see the house in pristine condition. It's definitely a luxury to have someone else clean my home and we appreciate the extra hours it gives back to our evenings/weekends to spend as a family. Thank you Maids!

I have been using the Milpitas team for many years. They clean quickly and efficiently, bringing all the supplies they need. My apartment is thoroughly cleaned and smells great when they leave. The office is extremely easy to work with and their price is reasonable given the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning service in their service area.

The only good thing was they were able to come the day I called.when making the appointment I was given one quote then I had someone follow up with me later increase in the price $100. The cleanup crew were polite however only the team leader spoke English well enough to communicate. They basically dusted and used a dry mop fall by wet mop and charged over $200 for 900 ft of already cleaned house with nothing in it. I feel taken advantage of as a move out clean since they're " guarantee " doesn't really matter when you don't live there anymore. I had to reclean their stuff to pass my very lenient checkout inspection. During a follow-up contact the representative didn't even know where they cleaned stayed in that they were they had a great reputation with these apartments, when they had cleaned my house. Top shelves in closets or dusty of course when they're finished they've already packed up the car and are basically leaving when they check with you to see if it's okay. Price is ridiculously over what they deliver. I could have paid one high school kid to do a better job and it would have been much less. I cannot recommend this service. I also find it interesting that nearly every single person that reviews this business with five stars has five or less reviews. Mostly 1. Added after owner comments: I appreciate your follow up. I didn't live in an apartment, maybe there is confusion with which customer I am. I would appreciate a listen to the recording also.
