Karla E and team did an excellent deep clean for our 2 story home, getting under beds, bringing our baseboards throughout the house back to white, communicating in real time raising any problem areas (I.e. issue with cleaning around son’s extensive collectibles shelves), taking the time to understand the materials around our home to ensure proper cleaning supplies are used, did a quality and control walk through before and after, and were very pleasant to work with. Their great work convinced us to book more future cleanings for our busy home of 6, giving this working Mama peace of mind. UPDATE: Our home has now had 3 cleanings by Karla and team, and we’ve been impressed every time. Even our team teenagers are impressed by the service (Titan would be our 3rd cleaning services in the 12 years since moving into our home).

I recently found a deal for a home deep cleaning for around $200 (more than 50% off), provided I committed to three standard cleanings afterward. I'd never hired a professional house cleaner before, but it was something our home had desperately needed for the past few years. After exchanging a few texts with Ivan, the owner, I booked the appointment. Karla E. arrived right on time. I gave her a quick tour of the house, and she got straight to work. She started upstairs and spent nearly two hours on just one bedroom and bathroom (which was a little embarrassing, honestly!). After about four hours of cleaning, we had a quick discussion because she said she'd be here all night at the same pace and effort. We adjusted the plan slightly, and she stayed for another hour to finish as much as possible. At the end, Karla walked me through everything she had cleaned and worked on. She did an amazing job with what we gave her to tackle. I jokingly asked if our house was the messiest she'd ever cleaned, and thankfully she said no! What impressed me most was that she went beyond what I expected. She cleaned and organized a huge pile of clutter on my dresser, helped organize a teenager's messy room, and even found a robot vacuum that had been missing under my bed for nearly two years. She also mentioned that she climbed behind some of our furniture to clean. I would have happily moved the furniture for her if she'd asked, but it really showed how thorough she was and how much pride she takes in her work. It was clear she genuinely cared about doing a great job, and we would be delighted to have her back for future cleanings.
