Have all my dry cleaning done there they do very good work the alterations department does excellent work they make custom ties for me

As there wasn’t many other options to go to here in Los Banos, I decided to try this place out to get my dress altered. I did not have a great experience. The two ladies present at the time were rude and lacked basic customer service ethics (hello, goodbye, have a nice day, etc.) They told me my dress would be ready in one week. I arrived that following Monday to pick up my dress and they couldn’t find my dress. I actually found it as it was curled up in a messy ball on the desk next to the register. The lady then tells me “oh it won’t be ready til tomorrow.” I was upset because that dress was an expensive one as it was for my sister’s wedding whom I was the MOH. I would expect for them to treat the clothing with a little more respect on top of the dress being ready as they stated in one week.

I took 7 pairs of jeans for hem alteration. 4 of the jeans were brand new Levi’s with the tags still on them. I folded the right leg of each Jean of where I wanted the hem, to my amazement I was in total disbelief when I tried on the altered jeans at home and all 7 jeans were not only too short, but the left leg of each Jean was SHORTER then the right leg. I wanted to cry. Plus the hem was very thin that the sides of the him stuck out……the Spanish speaking so called seamstress ruined all of my jeans!!! She must be cross eyed. The manager of the place was very nice, but she needs to have her employees MEASURE before cutting anything. Will not be bringing any kind of work to this establishment ever again. I will make the long trek to San Jose to have the Vietnamese women on Story and Hopkins do the hems on my replacement jeans and future alterations as they do excellent work. My apologies to the nice manager at the front desk of Johnnies cleaners. Anyone who want to view their lopsided work on my jeans I will gladly show you.
