Out of Sight Cleaning

I wanted a deep clean for my daughter’s house as a gift to her-expecting her fourth baby. I was given an outline of what was included in my agreement, so I knew what to expect I had never had a house cleaning service and this group was recommended.i was living out of town when the service took place. A week after, I came by the house and saw the cleaning. Of course a week had passed, but some areas I could tell were never touched. They don’t look like they did in only a week. I expected more in the bathrooms. The toilets had some build up, which you could tell was touched, but not taken care of fully. There was still soap build up on the countertop. There was dirt in the corners of all the baseboards. They certainly didn’t not do anything extra. I would think if you saw a streak of dirt on a wall, you could wipe it off. Another disappointment was when my daughter came home after the cleaning, one of the toilets was clogged. It wasn’t when she left the house. She tried to plunge it, but it took two days of work for her husband to get it to work. In the meantime she had reached out to the cleaners and never received a response. Once I reached out and had a conversation they texted her. They stated it was from the toilet being cleaned and no fault of theirs or a sorry for the issue. I have no idea what I should have paid for this job, but it seems like it was a light house cleaning job, not a deep clean, and I paid $695. I feel cheated ever time I think about it.

Out if Sight Cleaning is the GREATEST!! I hired them to clean my 3 story house with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms on each level. They were super professional and very polite. I believe it was Green team that came out and they really went the extra mile! Every nook and cranny was spotless and the house smelled AMAZING after they were through. 10/10 will definitely be hiring them again 😁😁
