The Merry Maid Ruth and her assistant did a great job on my 2 story condo which is going on the market. They were efficient and professional. I appreciate all their effort. TY.

I was given less than 24 hours’ notice for an appointment consistently every week, but this company expects 48 hours’ notice from customers to cancel. That kind of hypocrisy says everything. When I said the time didn’t work because I had just finished going into labor and was still in the hospital with my baby, their response was to try to charge me a cancellation fee anyway. So instead of recovering postpartum and focusing on my newborn, I had to fight a fee over an appointment they barely gave me notice for in the first place. That was enough for me to cancel immediately and never use this company again. This from a company I had used for several months and knew my high risk pregnancy condition was why I required their services in the first place. If you expect fairness or basic human decency, look elsewhere.

Halana was here today at out house. She did a really deep cleaning of the home. She especially cleaned up our kitchen and dining area where we have our messy five cats to deal with. Also, Halana did a superior job in cleaning our waterproof vinyl floors and vacuuming and mopping all over. Halana has a great attitude and is extremely easy to work with. I would definitely recommend anyone who needed professional cleaning in their house or apartment to use Merry Maids. They have several cleaners and all of them do a superior level of work. They are very thorough and I appreciate that.
