Molly Maid of North Central Sacramento County

What an absolutely amazing experience. Margarita went above and beyond to help get my home spic and span. She was a sweetheart and wouldn't quit until the job was finished to her High standards. I highly recommend using Molly maids especially for any single dads out there that get overwhelmed with life and work and need that little extra help!

I decided to try Molly Maid because they were more responsive than my previous company (initials TCA). The MM team #8 did a good job overall. I mean, it looked nice for when my guests came over. Some things I noticed were different from TCA: they didn't have a tool that swept the top of the fan blades. Instead, they kinda poked around with a vacuum. Guests aren't looking at the top of my fan blades tough. Visible areas were cleaned well, but I later noticed that small counter appliances (for example the air fryer) weren't moved and cleaned underneath. I had to clean the pedals on the stainless-steel trashcan and touch up a problematic spot on the dining room floor that could have used another mopping. I like MM's scheduling option that TCA doesn't have, and quick response to finalize a booking on short notice. But MM didn't have a 'supervisor' come out and check things like TCA did. And MM missed cleaning under counter appliances that could have been easily moved around. MM finished the job in shorter time than TCA resulting in a lower cost. So fairly comparable results with minor variances.

Amazing service. They did an amazing job and did it so quickly I couldn’t believe the quality of service. We will continue to use them for all housecleaning needs. Have honestly never been happier with the quality and ease of hiring anyone to perform a service at my home.
