I called and requested a consultation for cleaning services for my office. Cynthia answered right away and was able to schedule the consult for same day, which I really appreciated. She arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. We walked our space and reviewed services that we wanted and even some she suggested that we didn't know about. The whole time she took photos and asked questions. I was impressed with her assessment and even more so with the quote she provided thereafter. I've worked in offices for almost two decades and am familiar with average pricing for commercial cleaning services. The quote Cynthia provided was detailed and fair. Our office was looking for a new service provider and we are very happy that we found CA Cleans. They were responsive to our requests from the initial contact and continue to be with our ongoing service. We had them do an initial cleaning and our kitchen/hallway floors were so bright and sparkly that we didn't realize they could be that new again! From an office management perspective it is nice to have all supplies handled through them for the service and billed accordingly. The invoicing is very straightforward and they are competitively priced. Highly recommend!
