Natalia is the absolute best of the best! 10/10 and a true gem. I've already recommended her to many of my peers and plan to continue doing so. She is so incredibly thorough with everything she does. She is also very communicative, has a friendly demeanor, and remembers all of my preferences after just coming to my place once. As a graduate student, I often struggle to keep my place clean, and having Natalia come and provide her cleaning services has really improved my mental well-being. She really leaves my place spotless and looking brand new, and I could not be more grateful. I've hired her more times than I can remember and plan to keep doing so!

She asks thoughtful questions and always makes sure you’re comfortable with the cleaning products she’s using, which I really appreciate. One thing I love is how organized and proactive she is!! She’ll usually text a day or two before your appointment to have you send a list of priorities, so when she arrives she can jump right in and get to work. It makes the whole process so smooth and efficient! She’s also super flexible and easy to communicate with throughout the week, which makes it easy to adjust things as needed.
