White Glove Cleaning Services

The owner of this business on several occasions charged me for hours worked by her cleaning team that the girls were not in the house. example they would be in the house for 1 hour cleaning and tell her they were there for 2 hours. I caught them doing this and the informed the owner. She had excuses for her teams behavior and I gave them a second chance. Then I got confused about the week they were coming to my house and they arrived and I did not answer the door. I was a sleep. The owner contacted me by phone, text and email that her cleaning team sat outside my home in there care for 40 minutes then she told the team to go to the next job because it was a big cleaning job. The owner tells me she has a business to run and charges me for the 2.5 our cleaning even though her cleaning team went on to the next job. I paid her and discontinued the service. Another incident she sent me a double bill and I caught it because I started to print my receipt.I informed her and she did not respond. The cleaning team does a good job but the owner is not reputable in my experience with her.

They do a wonderful and detailed job, working efficiently and in teams of 2 or 3 to get the job done fast! Respectful of property and my kids who were normally home with me while they were cleaning.
