Horrible communication. The owner or operator of the business calling me terrible, and nut job! Because I wanted them to remove their reservation from a home that they Reserve just to advertise their cleaning services. First they denied requesting those dates, then they tell me they can't remove it that I should just deny it, Then asking if a client's trying book those nights Then calling me terrible for reporting them to the software that they reserved those dates for the home through that they had expressed that they were not going to remove the reservation Then telling me that this is not a serious situation and that we are nut jobs. So first thing it was I can't do anything just deny it Then it was it will just go off by the end of the day Then it was I can't because you reported me "And so you know the request drops off my itself. It's not this serious. You guys are nut jobs." Poor communication poor business practice poor customer service

Completely horrible service and never followed through on any of her promises. Dont do business with her she is shady at best!
