Sales Representative - Contractor Network Growth

NorCal Repairs is hiring a sales representative to grow our contractor network across Northern California. This is an outside sales role — you will visit local contractors in the field, demonstrate our platform, and close $299/month subscriptions that connect them with homeowner leads. Annual compensation ranges from $50,000 to $85,000+ depending on performance, with a base salary plus uncapped commission structure. Must have your own vehicle for daily travel throughout the Sacramento region and surrounding areas. Two or more years of B2B sales experience is strongly preferred. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a fast-growing home services marketplace. You will have autonomy to build your territory and directly impact company growth. Sacramento-based with regional travel to Stockton, Chico, Redding, and the Bay Area as we expand.
