Junk Removal Crew Member - Campbell

NorCal Repairs is hiring for our junk removal crew serving residential customers throughout the area. You will be picking up and hauling away furniture, appliances, yard waste, construction debris, and general household junk from homes, garages, and storage units. The work involves lifting heavy items, loading trucks efficiently to maximize space, sorting recyclable and donatable materials from landfill waste, and sweeping up the area when the job is done. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role — expect to complete four to six pickups per day. No special experience is needed, just a strong work ethic and the ability to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly. A positive attitude and customer-friendly demeanor are essential since you will interact with homeowners at every stop. We provide the truck, fuel, and dump fees.
