Flooring Installer - Merced

NorCal Repairs is hiring a flooring installer for residential projects in the area. You will install hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, ceramic and porcelain tile, and carpet across a variety of homes from new construction to full remodels. The role involves accurate measuring and layout, subfloor preparation including leveling and moisture testing, demolition of existing flooring, and precise cutting with wet saws and miter saws. Attention to detail is critical — tight seams, consistent grout lines, and clean transitions are what set our work apart. Previous flooring installation experience is required, and candidates who are proficient in multiple flooring types will earn top pay. We provide all major tools, material, and a steady pipeline of jobs with minimal downtime between projects.
