Residential Roofing Technician - Pismo Beach

Seeking roofing professionals for a residential crew handling projects across the region. Daily work includes measuring and cutting shingles, installing flashing and drip edge, repairing damaged decking, and performing leak inspections. We handle everything from emergency tarp jobs to full roof replacements on homes of all sizes. The job requires physical stamina — expect to work on steep slopes, in hot weather, and at heights up to three stories. All safety training and fall protection gear is provided on day one, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe practices. Previous roofing experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate who shows up on time and is ready to work hard.
