Flooring Installation Technician - Elk Grove

We are looking for a skilled flooring installer to handle residential installations including LVP, hardwood, tile, and carpet. Most projects are full-room or whole-house installs in occupied homes, so cleanliness, respect for the customer's property, and clear communication are just as important as your installation skills. You will be responsible for removing old flooring, prepping subfloors with patching compound and self-leveler, cutting material to fit around obstacles, and installing transitions and base molding. Candidates should own basic hand tools and have reliable transportation to job sites. We supply all power tools, adhesives, and materials, and we keep you busy with back-to-back projects. Competitive per-project or hourly pay depending on your preference and experience.
