Roofing Foreman - Crew Leader

Experienced roofing foreman needed to lead a 4-person crew on residential roofing projects throughout the Redding and North State area. You must have hands-on experience with composition shingle, standing seam metal, concrete tile, and flat roof systems. Responsibilities include managing your crew, ordering and staging materials, communicating with homeowners, ensuring quality and safety standards, and completing projects on schedule. Must be able to produce clean, professional work while keeping your crew productive and safe. We provide all tools, equipment, and a company truck for the foreman. Excellent pay for a proven crew leader.
