Junk Hauling & Cleanout Crew - Grover Beach

We are hiring for our junk hauling team handling residential and light commercial cleanouts across the region. Daily work includes removing unwanted furniture, old appliances, mattresses, yard debris, and construction waste from homes, offices, and job sites. You will work in a two-person team loading a box truck, navigating stairs and tight hallways with bulky items, and sorting materials for recycling, donation, or disposal at the appropriate facility. The pace is quick — most days involve multiple stops, and efficiency matters. Physical fitness is a must since you will be lifting, carrying, and loading all day. Customer interaction is a big part of the job, so a friendly and professional attitude will set you apart. No experience necessary — we train on the job and promote reliable workers quickly.
