Roofer / Roofing Laborer - Rancho Cordova

NorCal Repairs is hiring roofers and roofing laborers for residential projects in the area. Work includes composition shingle tear-off and installation, tile roof repair, and flat roof patching using modified bitumen and TPO systems. This is demanding physical work — you will be climbing ladders, hauling material to the roof, and working in direct sun throughout the summer months. We provide all safety equipment and conduct weekly toolbox talks so every crew member goes home in one piece. No experience is necessary for laborer positions as we train on the job, but experienced roofers with their own tool belt will be compensated accordingly. Reliable transportation to the job site is required.
