We need a dependable painter for a steady flow of residential repaint and new construction projects. Daily tasks include surface preparation such as sanding, patching, and priming, followed by finish coats applied by brush, roller, or spray depending on the surface. Exterior work requires comfort on ladders and scaffolding, and interior work demands attention to detail with cutting in around trim, ceilings, and fixtures. You should be able to read a paint spec sheet and understand the difference between applying latex, oil-based, and specialty coatings. Previous professional painting experience is required, and candidates with drywall repair skills will be given preference. Consistent five-day schedule with weekly pay and all supplies provided.
