Window Replacement Technician - Pleasanton

We are looking for a skilled window replacement technician to handle residential installations throughout the area. Typical projects involve removing existing single-pane or failed dual-pane windows and replacing them with new energy-efficient units. You will be responsible for precise measurement, careful removal without damaging surrounding stucco or siding, proper shimming and leveling, foam insulation application, caulking, and trim installation. Most jobs are retrofit installs on occupied homes, so neatness and respect for the customer's property are essential. Experience with both sliding and single-hung vinyl windows is required, and familiarity with picture windows, bay windows, and patio doors is a plus.
