HVAC Service Technician - Healdsburg

We are looking for an experienced HVAC technician to join our growing team serving residential customers throughout the region. Day-to-day work includes AC repair, furnace maintenance, duct installation, and refrigerant handling across a mix of older homes and new construction. You will be working in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops, so comfort with heights and tight spaces is a must. Northern California summers regularly push past 105 degrees, which means our phones ring nonstop from June through September — steady work is guaranteed. EPA 608 certification is a strong plus and we will help qualified candidates obtain it if needed.
